Description:

Provides outpatient mental health and substance use treatment, as well as continuum of specialty programs for children and adolescents, adults, and families. For a detailed description of these services, please call or refer to the website, ccysb.org. Services include assessments and individual, family and group therapies that address mental health, substance use, and co-occuring issues for all ages; psychiatric services; family preservation services for children/families; evidence based therapies to include brief strategic family therapy, dialetical behavior therapy, parent child interactive therapy (ages 2 - 7), and assertive community treatment (18 yrs +); parent seminars/ workshops; assessments for Carroll County Public School students; connecting youth program (youth ages 16 - 24), and a training site for graduate social work and counseling students. Serves individuals and families accross the lifespan. Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurances.

The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County, Inc., an affiliate of Carroll Hospital and the Carroll County Health Department, is a private nonprofit organization working to improve health by connecting people, inspiring action, and strengthening community.

Our organization is the coordinating hub that connects agencies and individuals in pursuit of a healthier community. It is often said that collaboration by many is what makes our community like no other. The Partnership is proud to be part of this ongoing tradition of teamwork and collaboration.

As a non-profit organization we work to:

  • Track emerging health issues,
  • Influence policies that impact health,
  • Oversee community health assessments, and
  • Monitor health data to regularly “check the pulse” of our community.
