Description:

Moms can call or text to connect with a counselor at no charge.  This resource is used to provide support to expecting and new moms who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns through confidential conversations.

Call or text 1-833-9-HELP4MOMS (1-833-943-5746) in English or Spanish.  TTY Users can use a preferred relay service or dial 711 and then 1-833-943-5746.

The Maternal Mental Health Hotline is not intended as an emergency line and individuals in behavioral health crisis should continue to contact the National Suicide Hotline at 1-800-273- TALK (8255).

The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County, Inc., an affiliate of Carroll Hospital and the Carroll County Health Department, is a private nonprofit organization working to improve health by connecting people, inspiring action, and strengthening community.

Our organization is the coordinating hub that connects agencies and individuals in pursuit of a healthier community. It is often said that collaboration by many is what makes our community like no other. The Partnership is proud to be part of this ongoing tradition of teamwork and collaboration.

As a non-profit organization we work to:

  • Inspire leadership,
  • Track emerging health issues,
  • Influence policies that impact health,
  • Oversee community health assessments, and
  • Monitor health data to regularly “check the pulse” of our community.
