Description:

Kindred Treatment Center is an Outpatient Behavioral Health facility serving adults & children,  offering addiction treatment, mental health therapy, and psychiatry/medication management.

Services include

  • Outpatient Substance Use Treatment & Mental Health Treatment (OP, IOP) (Adults & Children)
  • DUI offender education, MVA approved Alcohol Education programming, Drug court treatment services, & other court ordered treatment for addictive behaviors. 
  • Anger Management, Family Education & Counseling, Peer Support
  • Mental Health Therapy (provided by masters level licensed clinicians) Individuals & Family
  • Psychological screening, evaluations, and referrals/case management
  • Psychiatry & Medication Management (Buprenorphine/Suboxone, Vivitrol, etc) 
  • We provide all services to both Adults & Children.
  • Commercial and Medicaid insurance accepted. 
  • In office and Virtual programming available for all services.

The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County, Inc., an affiliate of Carroll Hospital and the Carroll County Health Department, is a private nonprofit organization working to improve health by connecting people, inspiring action, and strengthening community.

Our organization is the coordinating hub that connects agencies and individuals in pursuit of a healthier community. It is often said that collaboration by many is what makes our community like no other. The Partnership is proud to be part of this ongoing tradition of teamwork and collaboration.

As a non-profit organization we work to:

  • Inspire leadership,
  • Track emerging health issues,
  • Influence policies that impact health,
  • Oversee community health assessments, and
  • Monitor health data to regularly “check the pulse” of our community.
