To reduce dependency through effective allocation of community resources to
an intensive, court-supervised program that combines treatment with support
services for eligible offenders. Provides intensive case-management and referrals
for community services and resources. Individuals are referred to Drug Court by the
Carroll County Circuit Court. Serves adults
