Description:

Provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment, and inpatient assessments. Services include: evaluation and assessment, group counseling, individual counseling, family education/counseling, didactic/comprehensive/ relapse prevention, co-dependency counseling, continuing care, and the Motor Vehicle Administration alcohol education program. The 24- hour toll free emergency number is 800-537-3422. Can give referrals to various juvenile programs in the Baltimore area. Accepts most major insurances including Medicaid. Sliding fees scale and insurance credits. Serves ages adolescent and adult populations.

The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County, Inc., an affiliate of Carroll Hospital and the Carroll County Health Department, is a private nonprofit organization working to improve health by connecting people, inspiring action, and strengthening community.
