Address:
Telehealth, Baltimore MD
Description:

I am a licensed graduate professional counselor in the state of Maryland providing individual therapy sessions for adults 18+ that are struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment to life changes/events, trauma, and emotional/physical intimacy issues. Additional specialized populations served would be healthcare workers, first responders, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I have first hand lived experience working in healthcare and being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have spent a large amount of time in the fire department environment while growing up and even more interactions with first responders by working in healthcare. I have 8 years of hospital based care experience, with 5 of those years pertaining to emergency room psychiatric services/evaluations. I have case management experience as well that I will bring into our sessions based on your needs. I take mostly psychoanalytic, humanistic, and solution-focused approaches to counseling. However, I am eclectic and will go beyond these approaches in an attempt to find what works best for you.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I am only offering telehealth services at this time in order to decrease possible exposures.
